| Ab sofort gilt in Ergänzung von Ziffer 8.1 der Doktoratsordnung folgendes: |
| Sofern zwei Doktorierende gemeinsam eine Arbeit in Koautorenschaft erstellen, kann der Doktoratsausschuss die Verwendung dieser Arbeit je als Bestandteil der Dissertationen beider Koautoren in begründeten Fällen bewilligen. |
| Der Doktoratsausschuss genehmigt generell die Verwendung eines in Ko-Autorenschaft mit einem anderen Doktorierenden verfassten Papers, sofern dieser Doktorierende nicht zugleich Koautor eines weiteren Papers in derselben Dissertation ist. In jedem Fall ist ein schrifftlicher Antrag auf Bewilligung beim zuständigen Programmdirektor zu stellen. |
| Effective immediately and in addition to Para. 8.1 of the doctoral regulation, the following rule is applied (non-binding translation): |
| If two PhD students co-author a paper, the doctoral committee can approve the use of this paper as a part of the respective dissertation of both co-authors in justified cases. |
| In general, the Doctoral Committee approves the use of any joint paper co-authored with another PhD student to the extent that this same PhD student is not a co-author on another paper in the dissertation. In any case, a written request for approval must be submitted to the responsible PhD examination delegate. |
